2003 Vintage

May 2005-  Wow, guess I have not been keeping up with my activity notes!  But this past weekend we bottled the 2003 vintage!  Feels very good to have that done.  This was our first year at 800+ cases.  Unfortunately there was a mix up with the labels and they will not work in our applicator until we install a new photo eye.  This means all 800+ cases will need to be handled again to get labeled.  Good news is we intend to release the '03 in October, so we have plenty of time to get it done.

The other great news is just how well all the wines tasted as they were bottled.  We will release the '03 at the October release dinner,  Please stay tuned for more information later, otherwise contact Karen if you want to reserve any of the '03.

December 2003-  Sent wine samples in for lab analysis to see how M/L was coming along.  All but the Cab are complete.  Will rack soon.
