A converted orchard shop is the winery building.  Not terribly pretty, but very functional.  Fortunately is has a tremendous view of the Wenatchee valley.  (Click here to see.)  The picture on the right is the crush and press side of the winery.  Inside the building you can see the original stemmer/crusher, press, 1000 liter tank, and the one-ton fermentors.  We now have newer equipment.

Not shown is the barrel storage side of the winery.  It is a temperature controlled room which can hold approximately 40 barrels of wine.

As you can see the winery is a fairly simple operation. We believe that by using hands-on small lot techniques,  that we are much "closer" to the wine making process and this will allow for producing superior red wines.

As mentioned, the winery  is a modified/converted apple orchard shop building.  We partitioned off a portion of the building and created a temperature controlled barrel storage area.  Efforts on a tasting room continue.
