Tuesday, June 21st 2022 is the Summer Solstice…what better day to celebrate than with Fielding Hills’ annual Summer in a Bottle Party. We will have the Sausage Cart, from Leavenworth Sausage Garten, by Cured at the winery starting at 11:00 am so you may order lunch to pair with our wines. Then, on the longest day of the year, we will be offering a ticketed event beginning at 5pm. This event will be the debut of THREE 2021 Concentric Wine Project wines. We are celebrating with live music from Mac Potts, Chef Ryan’s Sausage Cart, and a first-taste experience for the 2021 Concentric Wine Project.
