We are honored that you are interested in sharing Fielding Hills Winery with a group of your friends, family or co-workers. In an effort to answer a few of the more common questions regarding large groups and private events, please see the below information. Large Group Reservations
A Large Group Reservation is considered to be any group of 7 or more guests (maximum of 15) requesting to be seated together or with specific seating instructions, menus, and/or set-up.
- For large party inquiries, please make a reservation by clicking here. If your group is more than 10 people, please call the winery at 1(509)888-9463.
- We are unable to accept same day reservations, regardless of party size.
- Large Group Reservation are available at 11am, 12:30pm, and 2pm. In order to confirm the reservation a Credit Card may be required. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice.
- Large party service charge will be added automatically for parties larger than 7+ people. Parties of 7+ are subject to be combine on a single transaction.
- Cancellation Policy: Any reservation changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to reservation time to be eligible for a refund, at winery’s discretion. No refunds will be given on the day of the reservation.

Private Events & Venue Rental
A private event is considered to be any event where the client/guest desires exclusive and private access to our facilities or any event where the client/guest desires expanded products/services (including meal service), not included in the daily operation of the winery.
Please note, we are not a wedding venue and have no plans to begin hosting weddings (though we are thrilled you’d like to celebrate your love with us). If you would like our advice on local wedding venues, we are happy to connect you with local wedding planners for your special day.
- Event Venue/Site Fee – Pricing: Please reach out for specific pricing, variable by season and year.
- Private Events are limited to 50 people. A final guest count is due 30 days prior to the event.
- Private Events are subject to a minimum wine purchase, a site fee, food fee, and minimum gratuity charge of 20%.
- Wine Club Membership, with an active membership of 1 full year, receive a 10% discount on Site Fee in addition to their applicable wine discounts.
- Fielding Hills Winery reserves the right to adjust pricing.
- Fielding Hills Winery does not host weddings, nuptials, wakes, or affiliated ceremonies to take place on its grounds. Failure to comply with may be subject to an additional $1,500 penalty.
- A 50% deposit of the total fee is required to secure and reserve the mutually agreed upon date. At 90 days prior to the event date, this deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. The full fee is due and must be received no later than one month prior to the event. Additional services and incurred costs need to be settled by noon of day following the event.
- Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel the event, a cancellation notification sent by the client must be received by Fielding Hills Winery Management in writing at least 90 days prior to the event date. A cancellation of the event by the client less than 90 days prior to the event will incur loss of deposit fee.

Please note the following information regarding our tasting room:
- We love animals, especially dogs however due to liability, we do not allow guest dogs/pets on the winery property.
- Fielding Hills is a nonsmoking facility.
- We do not permit outside food or alcoholic beverages.
- Reservations are recommended and we do not accept same day reservations. If you are feeling spontaneous and would like to stop by, please do so. We will try our best to accommodate you. That being said, priority seating will go to our reservation holders and Wine Club Membership.
